- Please do not cancel or reschedule appointments through the app within 24 hours of your appointment, as the full treatment cost will be charged to your card.
- For cancellations, rescheduling, or any appointment changes within this period, please contact us directly.
- A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to any brow lamination, lash lift, tint, or hair colouring treatment.
